    The pool area was good.

We were over charged for our room. We were quoted 260 euros per night and ended up with a bill of 424 euros per night, which was a surcharge for sharing the room with our two children, all this for them to sleep on two temporary beds, one a camp bed and one sleeper coach that were placed in the room! It would have been a more cost effective option to book two separate rooms. When we queried this with the receptionist she was rude and unaccomodating.

Thoroughly enjoyed top-notch and extremely pleasant deluxe room with twin beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Magnificent and perfect location to attractions like Kallithea Beach, that was next to the hotel. I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby.

Staff were very friendly, charming and proffesional. Room, pool, beach, see all fab. Thanks for Anna at the reception for help. The room was spotless and the whole hotel is perfect. I would love to return any time soon.

The internet connection was very poor, complicated and expensive

Best hotel ever stayed in. Beautiful grounds. Lovely swimming pools. Staff numbers very good, staff very pleasant and friendly. Buffet in dining room excellent, english breakfast very good. Room furnished to a high standard. Entertainment on stage in grounds every night.

Only one thing -nowhere to walk to, no nearby bars or restaurants for a change of scene. Best to book half board.

The location of the hotel is almost on the beach, which makes it a very good resort for people with reduced mobility. The hotel is very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, with a beutiful sea view. We had halfboard and at the restaurant the food was excellent, a large variety of both Greek and international dishes.

There were two things: the water battery in the bathroom was not very new, and so the pressure of the water was down, while the water temperature was either too cold or too hot. Secondly - the key cards did not function two or three times, and we had to go to the reception to recharge them, before entering the room.

The stuff was very bad. My granddaughter felt on stairs, at the children's swimming pool. Nobody helped. We went alone to the taxi and general hospital. The only that the reception provided was a phone number from the taxi station. They even didnt call the taxi. My granddaughter was hospitalized and still nobody asked anything from the hotel. The children area is made of very cheap cement...so as the stairs around the pool. There are no protective gums or materials on any of the elements. Just cement. And cemented stuff that do not care about their guests.

The hotel is beautiful, but the stuff is really bad.

The Rodos Palladium is a very nice property with excellent facilities. It truly has the look of a 5-star resort, which is rare in Greece (but it's smoke and mirrors). The beach is rocky, but very clean and well maintained. Most of the staff are very friendly, albeit very slow, careless, arrogant, and unknowledgable.

The hotel is 20+ minutes from Rhodes City and rather isolated (15€ cab ride each way or bus) and therefore you're basically forced to use their dining facilities. That is a problem because the food is absolutely horrible. Borderline unedible, in fact. So bad it made me angry to eat it. The hotel is also very expensive. At lunch, 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches were 75€. We also paid for a deluxe suite with sea view, we're given a lower rate room, and the rate was not adjusted. Nor would the staff do anything to correct the situation. The nightly entertainment was also comically bad. But I didn't expect much in that regard. If you want to be bored, eat terrible food, have your wallet gouged, and be surrounded by incompetent staff, definitely stay here. Otherwise, you'd do better in Rhodes City or Faliraki. In both places, there's more to do, options on where to eat, and nicer beaches. Staying here was a big mistake and I couldn't leave fast enough.

    beautiful hotel
    authentic greek dishes
    traffic noise

The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved dining at the terrace restaurant. Make sure to check the bus timetable at reception for a quick ride into the town. Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast and authentic Greek dishes. They're worth every bite!

One downside was the noise from traffic near our room, but the air conditioning helped drown it out.

    varied breakfast

    Single traveler recommends for relaxation

The breakfast buffet was amazing, really set the tone for the day, fresh juices and a variety of dishes that kept things exciting. The beach was pristine, with comfortable loungers that didn't feel crowded, it was a great spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

I mean, it wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable for the experience.

    homemade pastries
    lively evening vibe
    private beach
    deceptive room descriptions
    lack of activities

The food scenes here are a culinary delight! Enjoyed the amazing homemade pastries in the breakfast buffet, and the Thalassa restaurant was off the charts. Plus, the lively evening vibe with great live music was a real bonus that kept us entertained with drinks in hand. The private beach was fab, with crystal clear waters, made our days so relaxing.

That said, some rooms are tricked out as sea-view, but you might only catch a glimpse instead of the full ocean panorama you'd expect. A little lack of animation and activity around the hotel left us wanting more fun in the sun.

Just a fitting option for a short stint in Kallithea with good value for cost. The meals were very good, especially the fresh spaghetti from the kitchen. Be prepared to search for a sunbed during busy times.
